Can I customize my order?

Yes! Most items can be customized with your choice of colors, scents, or design. Add your preferences in the personalization box at checkout, or message me before ordering and we'll work out the details together.

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

What materials do you use?

All pieces are made with premium epoxy resin. Candles are made with 100% soy wax. I use high-quality pigments, glitters, and embeds to create each design.

How do I care for my resin piece?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause yellowing over time. Keep away from extreme heat.

How do I care for my soy wax candle?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos and we'll make it right.
